Got on the scale this morning. Yikes. I gained two pounds this week. Honestly, I knew it would happen after eating tons on Thanksgiving then last night going to Cafe Rio and the Cheesecake Factory for dessert.
Guess it's time to up my workout (which shouldn't be hard seeing as I've worked out maybe 10 times this entire semester) and get on a low glycemic, low sat. fat diet. Justin will be so excited when I tell him..... not.
Anyone have any good low sugar, low sodium, low sat. fat recipes? I'm starting to get tired of lentil soup and vegetarian pastas.
